Hundreds of migrants released at bus stop after San Diego runs out of aid money

Customs and Border Patrol dropped off hundreds of migrants at a bus stop in San Diego, Calif., after the county ran out of funds to operate a welcome center for migrants. The center was used as a staging area for migrants to charge their phones, use the bathroom and eat a meal.
